As part of the ongoing staff training, the Chairman and Proprietor of Brighthouse Academy, Mr. OLADELE OYELOLA, presented an inspiring reiteration of the school’s guiding principles. He reinforced the Academy’s vision, which is to nurture confident, creative, and compassionate leaders through world-class, tuition-free education, while the mission is to provide high-quality education and childcare in a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

 

 

 

He also highlighted the Academy’s core values—Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork, and Respect—emphasizing their importance in every teacher’s daily practice and interactions with pupils. The presentation served as both a reminder and a rallying call, ensuring that each staff member aligned their work with the Academy’s deeper purpose.  

 

Integrating this session into the ongoing Jolly Phonics training, the presentation reinforced how teaching strategies and core values intersect to create meaningful classroom experiences.
